Tooth Pulled!

A while back, while umping a college baseball game, I too a foul ball off the maks and I cracked a tooth. The dentist worked his **** off to save it, but today, unfortuneatly, I had to have it pulled. I am sitting here now home from school with a mouth full of gauze and a hole in my gum...and to make matters worse, the pain med i am on says "DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE TAKING THIS MEDICINE!"

There goes the MGD this evening...

That is merely a suggestion. My uncle did bad last summer to himself and was on some strong painkillers. He'd wash em down with a beer...

All 4 of mine go tomorrow at 7:45am.......Man, am I not looking forward to that. Might be why I have put it off for almost 10 years, but my buddy [who is my dentist] told me enough is enough.....

Opted to go totally out and have him do all 4 at once....wife is already planning on being gone this weekend...she thinks I might be a little grumpy or something.

And please, Don't share how much fun everyone had getting their WT's out....ignorance is bliss....

Had my wisdom teeth pulled about 2 years ago. They took all four out and I was out of it. They gave me too much anestesia and my mom told me that the nurse tried to wake me up so she could leave and I'm told I gave her the finger There was a good and bad part to it too. The good news is I lost about 15 lbs after getting them pulled, the bad news was I could only eat APPLE SAUCE for almost 2 WEEKS!!

Do not drink if your pain killer of choice has Acetaminophen as it could lead to liver failure. As long as the levels of Acetaminophen are small your good to go ahead and

I have three wisdom teeth and a baby tooth that needs to be pulled. I was going to get it done this month but I think I will have to wait until November when I have a Friday off of work to get it done. I'm thinking I will probably need the weekend to recuperate. I am also going to have to get braces because my canine tooth on the right side should be where the baby tooth is at right now. Braces are going to cost $5400 That is frickin' ridiculous.

go news for you---it will take a little longer than a weekend to recuperate from that---you will be sore for a while and you will have a few holes in your gums if you want a nice thanksgiving, either do it earlier or do it later
