anyways, people are kinda misunderstanding this, "baggy pants" arent being banned. People will receive a fine if their underdrawers are showin no matter what pants. i think some people are mistaking saggy for baggy..
Again, chicks shold get a free pass, I aint never complaining about getting a little peek down a chicks pants, it's almost as much fun as getting a peek down thier blouse..... If shes fat or ugly, then I aint looking at either one!

What I don't understand is why the people who do this can't get it thru their head as to what this means and how it started. Where? Prison, what it means? everyone nows. How the these kids and folks think it's cool to be bent over is beyond me. If it's there life style that's their business, but to wear it like a bdge of honor? Yep I expect some bad responses to this but that's ok to. Just my .02. I luv all the stories about crooks that run from the law with one hand holding up their pants. I laff my a__ off everytime. Live your life as you want but don't shove it in my face, and I won't stick my beer drinking, whiskey shooting sothern life style in yours.
