Crowd beats man who leaves dog in car!..lol

Check out this news article. It about a man who left his dog in 100+ degree car and gets a beating from a crowd.

http://www.cbc.ca/canada/toronto/sto...g-handler.html

I seen this story on the news and apparently the crowd laid a beating on the dogs owner. Looks good on him.

I've been seeing alot of truck/cars left running in grocery parking lots lately with dogs in them.

Just leave the car running, that's what Kentuckians do.

We also just leave the car or my truck running for our little dog when it's hot out. Plus we leave him a bowl of water just in case anybody wants to get too **** about it. If it's really hot and we know we'll be out of the car for an extended period we just don't take him.

That guy deserved to get beat up. You never, EVER leave an animal or a child in a car on a hot day (but I suppose if you leave it running with the a/c on thats OK, not a good idea though IMO).
Some people shouldnt be allowed to have dogs.

Why does this sort of thing happen every year without fail? WTF is wrong with people?? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that if it's hot outside it's going to be even hotter inside an enclosed automobile...People suck...

We leave our dogs in the car.. Windows cracked, solar screen up, and in the shade. Only for a short period of time though. They will do fine as long as you don't leave them in their for hours on end. Usually do it on our way from waco to houston stopping in college station for some free birds.

Idiots, and I'm talking bout the mod. That doesn't give you the right to attack a man. I hope they all get prosecuted.

I must of missed where it said the time. How long was the dog in there for? And where did the owner go?

He was in there long enough to get to 70*C which is 158*F internal temp of the dog. It should be around 104*F i think. The dog was probably laying in the SUV passed out.
