Um... I never said anything about spare tires. Not sure where you buy your cars, but everyone I ever owned came with a wheel actually in the spare tire...

I bet you'll find there's more out there than you think... that's why I asked the question:

I meant to check the junkyards for other vehicles/wheels with the correct bolt pattern.

you may not find them there but they belong there.
