it said she was drinking about 2 hour earlier at a wine party. If you cant sober up a little bit in 2 hours there is something wrong with you

Sobriety and DUI do not go hand in hand. Remember that it is the amount of alcohol in your blood that gets you the DUI, not the level of perceived intoxication.

It takes the average person about two hours to break down one 16 ounce glass of beer. If the ABV content is high in a glass of wine, it can take up to 3 hours to break down an 8 ounce glass of wine.

As with every news story, bet theres two sides to this one. Fore xample, wife has an alcohol problem and has taunted her husband and told her friends several times in the past that she can drink and drive and get away with it because her husband is a cop - husband, fearing for her safety finally decides to do something about it. Just one possible scenario.

I have today off Not sure what I'm going to do with it besides sit in front of this machine but it's nice to be back to my normal part time hours! We had girls on vacation and I've been working full time for the last 2 weeks!
