Wax for waverunner/boat???

I have a 1995 waverunner that I would like to sell. It is clean but the finish is dull. Is there a product out there that I can use to wax or shine the finish to make it look newer?

I purchased this a couple years ago from a friend who needed the money. I don't have any experience with them at all.

Any boaters advice is greatly appreciated.

When I was younger, I convinced this dork to use fart spray on his slead for lubrication. You might try that.

If your finish is dull, it is most likely oxidation. You're just not gonna be able to get your vessel to shine without removing the oxidation. The best way to do this is wet sanding, however, depending on if it isn't oxidized that bad, you may be able to get by with a polishing compound and a decent high speed buffer. I always use Nautical Ease products. If the oxidation isn't that bad, you could try using their Super Fiberglass cleaner and following that up with their Ultimate Marine Polish.

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with Nautical Ease. I've just been using their products for years and haven't found an equal yet, although I've heard good things about 3M's products as well, just never tried them.
