they got some good prices do you still need a ffl to get it shipped

Yes. You can use a local (to you) dealer to transfer the firearm if you don't have your own. He'll charge between free and $50 for the transfer, so be aware of that when comparing prices.

They have pretty good instructions on their site and are very helpful on the phone as well

Go to a range and shoot as many as you can and go with what felt best.
