Went on a big ride today to raise money for Shriners who help crippled children.
We had about 80 atvs show up and picked up more along the way.

No officer, that's not my keg. LOL

We went on a ride to help all the crippled, and retarded water head kids. It was really just an excuse to ride our ATV's on the road with out getting pulled over, and as a bonus pick up chicks! They think we are sensitive guys for spending our saturday helping the crippled watermellon heads out. Makes them open thier legs faster than Bill Clintons pants at an intern conference.
Lord I apologize.... be with all the starving kids down in New Guinne, amen

I guess us laid back, slack jaw country folk here are still 50 years behind time then. All of the slogans around here still say, Shriners helping crippled children and show a Shriner holding a child.
Oh well, anyway I rode my damn Rhino, got dirty and had fun.

The current slogan is:
Improving lives for 70 years... One child at a time.

Don't get me wrong . . . I don't go for the PC thing.
I still use all the old words:
Cripple, retard, etc. etc. etc. . . .
especially all the racial, ethnic, religious, et al., descriptions that have been deemed offensive.
If it's a duck, I call it a duck.

Again, this is East Kentucky I live in... The meeting capital every spring for Shriners all over the world.
This is from www.hillbillydays.com
For 31 years, Shriners have faithfully journeyed from all over the United States and Canada to help crippled children. So, when you come upon a Shriner all decked out in their hillbilly best or driving one of those modified hillbilly limousines, take a moment and tell them thanks.

The Shriners have a motto that says, “No man has ever stood so tall as when he stooped to help a child.”
If that’s true, “Shady” Grady Kinney was a giant.
Sadly, the co-founder of Hillbilly Days, the local festival that continues to garner widespread acclaim, died Wednesday at age 75.
With his passing, Pike County lost its No. 1 hillbilly, and crippled children everywhere lost one of their staunchest advocates.
Kinney and Hillbilly Days co-founder Howard “Dirty Ear” Stratton made a firm commitment to helping those children in 1977 when they formed the festival, agreeing to send a percentage of proceeds raised through various events to the Shriners’ Crippled Children’s Fund.
