I think its called auto-complete...anyways. How do I turn it off? I had to use my Social Security number for my online banking and whatnot and now it has it saved in autocomplete. Its on my home p.c. but I don't like having it on here regardless.

Sorry buddy, Firefox I don't know but I'll tell you how to do it in IE. It may be similar.
Tools, Internet Options, Content, Autocomplete,
Click clear forms and clear passwords to remove what you have in there already, then uncheck everything.

on IE its in tools, Internet options, content. FF should be the same.

 

In FF, you go to Tools, Options, click the Privacy icon. Then click the button that says "Clear Now," uncheck everything except "Saved Form and Search History" and click "Clear Private Data now." The shortcut for this is Ctrl+Shift+Del. Then clear ONLY your saved form info, unless you wanna delete saved passwords, history, etc...

 

To turn it off click tools > options.. Privacy Icon then un-check "Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar" then click "OK" That should disable auto-complete in FF.
