I just got turned on to a band called HELLYEA earlier this week. Really dont know much about them and only know about 8 of thier songs so far. But so far every single one of them are AWESOME.

They are a mix of southern rock/thrash metal/speed metal.
Normally nothing I want to hear over and over again, but thier alcoholanass song kicks the lamas butt!!!!

Non are safe for work or for childeren. 100% adult songs and not for the timid or the weak.

I like just about everything, but right now I'm really into Matt Nathanson (has a new CD coming out) and my friend Sean's band Thoreau. They're about to hit it big. They just released their first big-label CD and shot a video that will be done soon. Right now they're off playing Warped Tour. Check them out on MySpace.

I like Jimmy Buffett but I hesitate to say he is my absolute favorite. I will listen to and have many different types of music. It depends a lot on my mood as to what my favorite is at any given moment. The only thing I will not listen to is Rap and I'm not particularly fond of Blues and Jazz.

Hmm.. Is he still alive? You're saying he made more albums after the one with "Stroke Man"?

Does he tour with Loverboy? Or April Wine?.. I actually like those bands, but didn't they all fade away like 20 years ago?

Oh, so if a singer only makes a few good albums that meansall his songs are ****? Oh yeah, and because a singer hasnt had something new in years means he sucks too? That must mean half the classic rock everyone listens to is ****
