Tundra. Prove it!

Heading down the interstate today, saw a fleet of Tundras driving. Six of them.

They all had stickers on the side that said "Prove it"

One Tundra was pulling an enclosed trailer... one was towing a trailer with ALOT of 45 LB barbell discs... that one said "Towing 10,000 LBS"

One had a bike in the bed.. The others were just driving. All had California plates.... and I'm in Kentucky.

If I was driving in my truck.. I would had proved it!

The Tundra pulled out a stuck tractor, went through mud, hauled firewood and drove next to some cattle! Oh Man this thing is much more American than I thought, better get my 150 ready to trade in

I like how the bed is flexing up at the front while towing all that weight. Good job Toyota engineers. That's proof enough.

It reminds me of when people would snap a pencil by putting it over their middle finger and under the rest.

I hope Jams didn't load that trailer.

lol, slightly scratched barbell disk for sale, see toyota.com for details

Doesnt that seem like an awfully short trailer for 10k? I've found the longer trailers offer much greater stability, especially when towing that much weight.

Remember, they're new to the market.

Bed looks completely normal to me. All the lines seem to line up.

It's an optical illusion created by the upslant of the rear side window. There's not enough tongue weight to cause a truck frame to "flex." All the weight on the trailer is positioned over the wheels nearly perfectly.

Its hard to tell. The Tundra is only rated to hold 2k in the bed. 10% tongue weight would be 1000 on the back bumper, thats more stress than 2k loaded evenly in the bed and over the axles. Look along the bottom lines of the cab and bed, doesnt seem to level to me
