Dodge SRT 10

Hey guys...just wandering if anyone on here has or know anybody with a dodge srt 10 with the viper engine. They seem like a heck of a truck. They come stock with 500hp. Cant imagine driving that bad boy. Im hungry for speed too... any opinions on this truck?

Had a buddy with one... disgustingly quick! As a hot rod normally aspired truck it beats most everything I've ridden in.

And hey, it says "Powered by Viper" on the hood!

Got a friend here at work with one... just unloaded it off a dealer trying to get rid of an '05 SRT crew cab he still had on the lot. Crazy fast... I think I could outdrive him though... too much power for him to handle.

I *think* that towing isn't recommended with the regular cab, and with the crew cab it's something like 3500lbs.

I think the regular cab only comes in a stick shift....

I dunno why anyone would buy the crew cab... with the auto and extra weight... I suppose just for more "looks".

Besides, I wouldn't use it for towing no matter what.

Just like you wouldn't use a Corvette for towing either... even though I have seen people towing junk with them.

There is a dealership about 45 minutes from here that has an 06 leftover.I had my camera so I took a couple pics.I thought it was odd to have a leftover 06 still on the lot this late in 07.Especially because it is seems to have the desirable options, regular cab and standard transmission.
