if its a four stroke i dont think you have to worry, but i dont think it will be.

its either going to be a two stroke or a little lawnmower engine.

most likely two stroke, and they are kinda loud. i had to get rid of my two stroke polaris because it was too loud

It says

250cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine
If' it's to loud you can put car mufflers on them, even a 2stroke and make it almost a whisper of a hum.

it will be pretty damn quiet.
