Kawasaki 1100, he practiaclly rebuilt it on the picnic table at the camp ground Saturday afternoon. I have helped pull the engine out of a stand up, tear it down ot the cans, reassemble it "all on the beach" and had it back in the water in less than 3 hours.
Pretty sure he said it was a 2001... And that thing was running damn good for being in a million pieces earlier in the day... 2 strokes are some simple motors... I can have mine apart in less than 30 mins. And my boat insurance is Foremost Insurance, they're part of Farmer's Insurance (same on the family's cars and the house). Full coverage for ME (19 year old white male) on the boat and the trailer including towing is like $230 a year.

Not bad?? Now that's an understatement!

The RXP is the industry leader with 215 HP super chraged four stroke.

What's crazy, the stupid thing is stable enough to fish off of I always looked like a 4 star drunk trying to get on my XP

I had my wifes bosses up to 54 mph bone stock, and I'm a 158 lbs.

Yea now doubt, the bigger one my wifes boss has, the one we were riding, you can climb all over it and not capsize. You can mount on the hood sitting in the water and still not capsize, climb on from the side... no problem! The smaller older one, if you look at it wrong, it'll dump you.

I have a 2007 GTI SE with the 155hp engine. It hauls pretty well for not being the supercharged 215hp. I've had it up to 60mph and i'm 220lbs. It said 60mph on the dash so give or take a couple doesn't matter to me. I love it. My insurance is through geico and it's pretty reasonable. I've taken it up to destin a few times but mostly ride down here in new orleans. I thought about next summer getting a wake-edition but I think i'm gonna try and go for the 310 or 400hp challenger boat. We'll see though. If anyone lives around new orleans and wants to meet up with theirs one weekend let me know.

Sweet man!!!
You'll have loads of fun!!!!

Yea fresh water is sooo much easier. Just pull them out, start them up and brap them a couple of times.

Salt water you'll want a flush kit to hook a gagrden hose to and run them to get all the salt water flushed out of the engine, exhaust and pump after each use.

Now let teh mods begin!!!
Time for a tuneable B pipe, performance steering, performance ride plate, SS impellar, bigger carbs...... yea now let the money flow from your pockets like a fountain of green.

Yeah, no mods until its paid off. I'm going to just pay it off ASAP, throw double payments on that sucker. I also got a free 3 year warranty, they wanted $500 for a 4th year, screw that. I need to find a cover for it though. I got a damn good deal on my ski too since I used to be sponsored for motocross through this dealer. It's only going to be run in fresh and some brackish. We've already got the flush kit. Do you know how much the pumps are to pump the oil out? I'm going to let them do the first 10 hour service but than I'm doing my own. They also said that if you don't use the Learners Key for the first 10 hours that it registers it on the computer and they can void your warranty? Kind of sounds like a load but who knows. It's already got a fresh coat of NXT on it too. LOL! Anyone know where you can buy a OEM SeaDoo cover for it? I found one online for $150 but can't find the link again! :o

PS: What carbs? It's fuel injected! LOL

PSS: Yup, Captain. You see that badass car in the bottom right hand corner of the picture!? Show car right there! LMAO

I just bought one of those pumps for my boat last weekend when it sank and submerged the engine. Had to get the water out of the oil pan. It was only $10.

i have a pair of twins just like them but ours are black and green. My favorite ski ever though is our 2000 GSX limited 135hp fuel injected. By far the funnest ski ive ever ridden in my life. Congrats on the ski's thump they're a thrill. Stay away from those yacht wakes though. one of my friends jumped one and dislocated his collar bone and broke his tibia and fibula.
