question about ddrive thru ATM

Im out rolling around at lunch today, I pull up to the drive thru ATM, Im entering in my PIN number and then I notice the ATM's got braille on it.

Blind people drive?

I work at a bank and i used to supervise the drive thru at another bank. One day i asked my boss that exact question as a joke. He told me it was the law to have braile on ATM machines no matter the location. So that's what ive thought ever since.

People call it that all the time because they dont know what "ATM" stands for so people will say " i need an ATM machine." which is an improper use.

I asked a teller that once too. At my old college all the signs had braille on them, I always kinda wondered how the hell a blind person is gonna find a chest level sign to begin with

I always thought the braille writing on bathroom signs to indicate men and women was always a joke. I always pictured someone leading a blind man to a womens bathroom and the blind man checking the braille and saying " ah you almost go me that time erik! ".

Damn dude . . .

You're on a roll today.

Before you make any more observations or ask any questions, I suggest you read all of the posts in this thread:

https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...highlight=kobi

It starts out slow, but after a while it gets good. Just about any question you could ever think of asking covering the entire gamut of time, space,, and the universe has been asked and answered here.

Then, if there are still questions or observations you think may have not been covered you can post them.

Pretty soon, D is gonna jump all over you for reposts. Trust me, you don't want that to happen.

I'm just sayin' . . . .

I almost plowed into a mini van the other day. Was crossing a 2 lane highway. Looked right seen car 1, looked left nothing coming for a little ways. Look right again car one is almost to me, enough room I can jump between car 1 and the string a ways behid it. I edge out ready to punch it as soon as car one clears, then as soon as car one clears I let off brake and satrt to puch it and out of no where a mini van that was behind car one pops out from behind my pillar!!!!! I can only assume that they were hugging the shoulder so was hid behind car 1 so I didnt see them before.
