I am going to savor a few tonight---already in the freezer to really chill them down. I think some nachos, cheese sauce, hot slasa, black olives, and sour cream would be nice...

I'm a Yuengling fan.

I'm covering my bar top with caps under glass using a five beer pattern.

Yuengling
Killians
New Castle
Michelob Honey Lager
Michelob Ultra

I figured it will take about 33 cases, a little over 6.5 cases of each.
I'm about half way done.
Way ahead on the Yuengling
My wife and her friends drink the Ultra.
My low count is in the New castle brown ale, I like it's but it the most expensive.

I figure this bar top is gonna cost me between 700 - 800 dollars.

(Another thing, the Honey Lager cap changed about month ago, I was PO'ed)

I am pretty eclectic when it comes to tastes in beer. Miller Lite, MGD, Corona, Duncklebock, Red Stripe, Yeungling's---it depends on what mood I am in.

I've never had any eclectic tendencies, I can sit on a barstool for hours with falling off. What I enjoy is working hard on a project to reach a stated goal.

I am way ahead on the Yuengling in fact, I haven't had a Yuengling in over a month.

I truly admire a man who stes lofty goals.

Any beer company that uses preservatives should be avoided. Not many actually do.
Real breweries do not.

Unfortunately, most peole (and,at times, myself included), by from the brewery giants, and are so used to the taste that they do not realize how much preservatives are actually used. Real beer should have a shelf life and should no have a "born on" date but an expiration date. Just like the big box sotres, American have turned to big box breweries.

Cleveland has the Crooked River Brewing Co., the Great Lakes Brewing Co., the River City Brewing Co., and a few others. Like I have posted before, there is a place I go several time a year to brew my own beer.

Finally getting some rain---hopefully it will be with us a while. I work in the summers for Red Wagon Farm and they need about a week's worth of gentle reain. How is life in Ridgeville?

There is a new brewery on Center Ridge in Ridgeville, I will have to try it out---I think it is called the "Brewmeister" or the "Brewkeeper."

Yeah the rain is good, even though I just washed the truck Sunday. Our garden is super thirsty. Red Wagon Farm sounds so familiar but I cant place it. A new brewery huh? I got 3 more months till I can go there for a beer. Talk to ya later.
