Heading to Alaska again

In about 13 hours I'll be leaving Denver for Anchorage then on to Soldotna to do my annual fish slaughter. This year we are also looking at buying a 3 acre plot of land there. Just wondering if there are any members in the area?

I'm a little over 400 miles north of Soldotna in Fairbanks, but I spent a summer there. Good luck with the fishing! We hammered the reds and kings a week ago in Chitina.

Although I'm not currently there, I live in Homer, about 72 miles south of soldotna. Unfortunately, I haven't talked to anyone back home to see how the runs are this year. Good luck on your trip, I'll have to catch that much more next year to make up for the fishing I missed this year.
