So i've got a bunch of fireworks (from out of state because they're illegal here). Anyone have any cool tips/tricks to do? I've figured out a few things like sticking them in a jug of water and letting them go off but I was wondering if anyone else had any cool ideas.

By the way I have m-60's, bottle rockets, roman candles, fire crackers, whistling bottle rockets, and those huge bottle rocket things.

Firecrackers, just set 'em off.. BIG fircrackers (M60), if you have no access to frogs...I didn't say that, didn't mean it... what?.. no

Ok, then get some empty tin cans and set 'em in those.. tho be sure to get waaay back before they go off.

If you're talking about normal bottle rockets then a bottle-rocket battle can't be beat! Just be sure you and your enemy are "almost" out of range.. LOL.. It's much like ranging a mortar, but the victims can see it coming and should have enough sense to move 2 feet away..

I know from experience that roman candles should never be pointed at anyone.. Trust me..

The huge rockets should just be shot straight up.... unless you have a nice long straight piece of pavement where you can lay the damn thing down, point it up the road and light it up. Not that I'd ever do that, ok!

 

A roll of fire crackers in a tin whistle sounds pretty cool. A 55 gal barrel is pretty neat too.

Bottle rockets besides wars, are fun on a pond bank too. They will travel under water and even explode. Looks and sounds cool.

I have never tried that, it might be time for it.

 

Maybe it's a Texas thing, but when we were Rolling (basically drinking and driving) we would drive around and find trailer houses and shoot the sides of the trailers with the bottle rockets. Apparantly they sound like a gun shot on the inside of the trailer. It's all good till someone starts waving a scatter gun. Well that or you let one go off in the car (Not good).

 

we used to roll on backroads, usually just two cars, firing bottle rockets back and forth.

also, roman candle wars rock!!! I was challenged by a friend.....I have never seen someone jump so high. Missed her by inches.

 

Whats even better is shooting bottle rockets out of a moving car... Especially when you're the lead car of 7 cars.
