Don't know anything about this, but it seems to me like that's a poor place to store the fuel??

The real story is...

This is a railroad tunnel ventilator used by R. J. Corman railroad construction company. They are working on a tunnel in downtown Frankfort, KY, which is where I photographed it. It is a wild looking setup, though isn't it? The unit in the bed is a big fan and the trailer behind the truck is the generator to run it. I don't have any idea what is in the tanks behind the generator.

LOL I thought you were going to try to fool it off as a jet engine for longer.. that must be the starter motor on top lol. The tanks are probly for either pesticide or mold control. Just a guess
