Headache

Guy wakes up with headache
Moylan, 45, from the state of Florida, is quoted as saying he had woken up with a headache so severe he thought it was caused by an aneurysm.

OMG ... You see what happens when guns are outlawed, the Brits think a picture of a rifle bullet is the same thing as a small caliber pistol. If that was the bullet the guy would have woke up missing half his head.

Wow, thats wierd. Thats right up above me in West Palm. Speaking of West Palm, just shortly ago, three men tried to run over a guy walking his dog at 1am. The guy walking his dog pulled out his gun and shot into the vehicle and killed 2 of the 3 men. Then 3rd guy admited to police that they were going to jump that guy. The man that shot and killed the two guys did not get 2 counts of murder because of a new law that was passed down here. The law is if you feel like your life is endangerd then it is ok to shoot some one. So good for me since I dont cause any trouple.

Ain't the Shoot First law great? The law gets rid of a citizen's duty to retreat. In most states, if you feel your life is in danger and you have the opportunity to retreat safely, you are required to do so. In Florida, you can just let 'em have it.

I also read that article (about the guy walking his dog) and I found it very interesting. The prosecution tried to say that only the first 5 shots he fired could be considered self defense. He fired 9 more rounds after that, emptying his clip. That is pretty ridiculous. If I'm fearing for my life to the point that I have to fire a weapon at them, I'm not stopping to think about whether I've shot enough yet. I'm gonna keep shooting until somebody else stops me or I run out of ammo. I think he did exactly what he should have done.
I can't find the article right now, but the guy's house was burned down (possible gang retailiation) and his 4 dogs had to be put to sleep while he was awaiting trial.

Oh man, and I love the caption under the picture of the bullet:
People struck by bullets to the head are very lucky to survive
You think?
