I am young, but huffing paint has not treated my body so fairly.

Can you set up a camera facing there yard, you may catch them throwing the garbage or even under age drinking. Then the cops will be forced to do something.

In wonder how long prints on bottles last? - Outdoors. I'm sure these people have prints on file Sometimes I don't find the bottles for a few weeks because I don't go up there all the time...just to mow the field now and then and occasionally check for their junk. They stopped for over a year. Looks like it's starting up again.
