In wonder how long prints on bottles last? - Outdoors. I'm sure these people have prints on file
Sometimes I don't find the bottles for a few weeks because I don't go up there all the time...just to mow the field now and then and occasionally check for their junk. They stopped for over a year. Looks like it's starting up again.

Not sure about Ohio, but SC is having a huge littering campaign right now. My department just received a grant for about 10K and a couple of stump camera's to use to enforce littering. Call your local PD and ask them to finger print the can or bottle next time. If their prints are on file, they can then be charged with illegal dumping. Doesn't take but just a few minutes to pull prints.
Of course you could always go buy some expired meat products from the grocery store, put them in a can nearest to their house (hopefully up wind), then forget to dump it all summer.....
I doubt they will want to hang around there and drink!
