Pray for Kaleb!

There's a couple in FL who are going through hell right now with their baby boy, Kaleb. He has Shaken Baby Syndrome from the hands of his babysitter. Please send your prayers!

It's a story of a baby who, when his parents picked him up from daycare (private home daycare) he was lethargic and unresponsive. They had him taken to the hospital where they found he suffers from Shaken Baby Syndrome. He's been doing better the past 2 days but no telling what the outcome will be. Right now he's blind but apparently is getting his hearing back. He's been able to stay awake longer and is being "fussy". Those are all GREAT signs being that they were orignally informed he could be a vegetable the rest of his life.

My wife showed me that as well and we have been keeping up with it. It hits close to home for us, our godchild was beaten to death at 3 years of age by his dads girlfriend. We also have a 15 month daughter, when she was born my wife and I made the decision that she would stay home and eliminate the need for a babysitter. Time heals all wounds but this one is 6 years old and is still going to take a while. The worst part is that the babysitter is out free, claiming she is being set up. My godchilds murderer is also walking free after serving only 2.5 years.

May the good Lord take care of this child and protect all children from harm.

Yea my wife showed me that earlier this week too, she has been talking to her on the cafemom forums. Only words I have are unbeliveably despicable.
