Your friends jag is an X-type with a 2.5L Duratec motor from a Ford Contour. You should tell him he's got a Contour with leather.
It is a pretty clean looking Jag though, which is nice.
I remember my brother rented one this one Christmas season just like it and tried to impress everyone with his "Jag" until I opened the hood and showed him the little Ford ovals all over the place. He was quite upset.
