Why do they keep doing this to me!? I thought that I was supposed to realize my ignorant ways and get a more fuel efficient vehicle.

These F150 choices make me want another! I'd like the white one with the supercharged engine, please!

Seriously though. Can Ford really keep going with these gas hog trucks? The tree huggers have got peoples attention. They are making quite a stink these days. They are putting a stigma on our trucks/

are you kidding me.

you almost sound like a tree hugger yourself.
pickup trucks will get more MPG in the years to come, but never anything above 30. unless like a hybrid midsize.
my truck gets 17mpg.
im happy with that when i hear dodge friends say theyre getting 9-12 mpg.

ford knows it has to increase mpg, but its only by a few.

You can have any color Limited Package Lariat SuperCrew you want as long as it’s white sand metallic. The monochromatic paint job covers every exterior surface, including the bumpers, billet grille, and tops of the side mirrors. The LP SCrew borrows its 22-inch polished aluminum wheels from the Harley F-150 but differentiates the rims with painted inner highlights and unique center caps. The interior has two-tone soft leather seating surfaces and a spun-silver instrument cluster. Only about 5,000 of these trucks will be produced and each one will carry a numbered commemorative plaque on the ashtray and dash.
That isn't a billet grille.

I'd love to have that white truck. Pure sex, IMO. I can't wait till the '09's come out with a diesel option. That's why I don't own a truck currently, waiting for that.

Great link! Toyota is aiming right at the last strong hold of the US automakers; the full size truck market. What bothers me most of Chevy and dodge dont seem to really care where as Ford is targeting its commercials directly back at toyota. If Toyota gets what they want I see Ford going under. As we all know this F-150 is Fords bread and butter and without it a already bad situation looks much worse for Ford. This is my first Ford but I must say Dam its a nice ride, I hope to be picking up the 09 after the bugs get worked out

It is nice, but it's paint over plastic, not billet.
