CASE NO: BH55674
COMPLAINT FOR
INTENTIONAL AND NEGLIGENT EMOTIONAL DISTRESS
Plaintiff complains and for causes of action alleges as follows:
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress with the use of poor grammar and spelling errors.
Defendant JamzWayne is a resident of the Gay State of Texas.
Plaintiff Kobi Ashi is ignorant of the true names and capacities of defendants sued herein as JamzWayne and therefore sues this defendant by such fictitious names. Plaintiff Kobi Ashi will amend this complaint to allege his true name and capacity when ascertained.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress with the use of poor grammar and spelling errors.
Defendant JamzWayne knew, or should have known, that his failure to exercise due care in the performance of entering posts on F150online would cause plaintiff Kobi Ashi severe emotional distress. Plaintiff Kobi Ashi (herein known as Kobi) has repeatedly demonstrated these past seven (7) years that he is **** about grammar and spelling. Defendant JamzWayne’s blatant disregard for grammar and spelling, along with his taunting in the form of a dare to sue, has caused plaintiff Kobi severe emotional distress.
As a further proximate result of defendant Jamz Wayne’s disregard of grammar and spelling, and the consequences proximately caused by it, as hereinabove alleged , plaintiff suffered severe emotional distress and mental suffering in the sum of $1,000,000.00.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays judgment against defendant as follows:
1. For general damages for severe emotional distress and mental suffering in the sum of $1,000,000.00;
2. For medical and related expenses in the sum of $ xxx[ according to proof];
3. [---For lost wages in the sum of $ xxx[ according to proof];
4. [---For $ xxx[ according to proof];
5. For costs of suit herein incurred; and
6. For such other and further relief as the court may deem proper.

Before you correct someone, you may want to take a moment and make sure you know what you're talking about.
Go get a dictionary. Look it up. If you are without a decent dictionary, go to dictionary.com.
And by the way, when referring to the number, it's "two".

I don't have to look it up either, but, to help the spelling challenged such as yourself, let's go to Webster . . .
Oh crap!!!! Look at that!!!
