Lest we forget..

This is very moving, the young lady who put it together is 15 years old... if this doesn't choke you up a bit then nothing will..

Alright, not many things can cause tears to roll down my cheeks.
Now I want to call my little brother just to tell him I love him, but I think it's like 4 am in NC.

Gotta keep lil' bro in his place tho, hey it's your perogative to wake his butt up at any hour, especially just to say you're proud of him..

And I think I speak for everyone here if you'd tell him that all of us thank him for his service and sacrifice..

Think I'll go get me some too and call him tomarrow. I'll give him your wishes too.

I think I'm dead on the inside. The best part was the gal with the huge cans sorting mail.

It just that sappy crap doesn't do it for me. I dunno... very few movies, shows, or badly compressed internet videos move me.

I think it's kids dude, nothign can soften a hard mans heart like having a kid. There is a country song that says it best

Backed down from a punch
Well I'd take it square on the chin

A bully's just that
You've got to stand up to him
So I didn't cry when I got a black eye
As bad as it hurt, I just grinned
But when tough little boys grow up to be dads
They turn into big babies again.

Scared me to death
When you took your first steps
And I'd fall everytime you fell down
Your first day of school, I cried like a fool
And I followed your school bus to town
Well I didn't cry, when Old Yeller died
At least not in front of my friends
But when tough little boys grow up to be dads
They turn into big babies again

Well I'm a grown man
And as strong as I am
Sometimes its hard to believe
That one little girl, with little blonde curls
Could totally terrify me
If you were to ask
My wife would just laugh
She'd say "I know all about men
How when tough little boys grow up to be dads
They turn into big babies again"

Well I know one day, I'll give you away
And I'm gonna stand there and smile
And when I get home, and I'm all alone
Well, I'll sit in your room for a while
Well I didn't cry when Old Yeller died
At least not in front of my friends
But when tough little boys grow up to be dads
They turn into big babies again
When tough little boys grow up to be dads
They turn into big babies again.

True... but I don't think I have the patience for kids. Plus, I'm pushing 30 and not even a remote prospect. I'm bitter, jaded, and overall a shallow arsehole. Plus I'm about half way through my life span (not a good track record for the men in my family) so I think this is as good as it gets!! At least I'm having fun dammit.
