Opinions on Mustang/Fx4
for some reason i got a feeling thats a v6, the exhaust doesnt seem right, the body lines look werid, i just got a feeling that that is in no way a gt, even though it does say gt, but i imagine you can put that on a v6. but it just seems werid, probley the gtr badge lol.
I didn't care for the wheels a whole lot in the first place, I just like what they have done to the body and also found out yesterday they put Borla exhaust and the shaker hood is fully functional, sounded Nice!
now i know what looks werid, the side window scoops, ive never seen ones that had a box look like those, the ones i usually se flow with the body and are kind of rounded like the old gt500 ones.
That GT-R package is a conversion done by Regency. IMO, they do pretty good work. However, you need to decide if you need a truck, or could get by with a car. I know that if I was in your shoes, I'd probably get the Mustang as one last chance to hold onto my youth. I have owned several Mustangs (1988, 2000, 2002, 2004) and I loved each and every one of them. As a plus, the Mustang will get better gas mileage than the truck ever will, unless you're beating on it all the time. Good luck with whatever you choose, and be sure to post pics once you make a choice. Keep in mind that for a young man such as yourself, insurance on a GT Mustang will be roughly triple what it costs to insure the truck. Ask me how I know?

That big ol' hook, uglies the car's otherwise beautiful lines.
Unnecessary.
Get the truck...
But, if you like to be fast, get the Mustang. If you can live with sounding fast, rather than being fast- get the FX4, then go have some flowmasters put on it.

Finally made my decision and it is going to be the FX4 I had made...
I will wait for the larger displacement mustang to come out in the future, my dad has a BMW 335i coupe and he will be selling it in the next year or so and be looking for another fast/testosterone car
Now I need to figure out if I wanna blow the f150 or just do bolt ons

Must be a 4 x 4...
Having a 4 x 4 is worse than owning a sports car, when it comes to insurance. That's part of the reason Progressive screwed me when I moved from my 4 x 2 2003 Expedition, to my AWD Acura MDX.
No one in their right mind would off-road an MDX, but- because it's a "4WD" I get hit with a higher rate.
