What mods man? Are you on raptorforum.com?
is that you MACHY?

I have been to most of the big ATV riding areas on the southern west coast and seems like most of the people (including my friends) just went out and bought their ATV and they are to much for them. Or are trying to show off and don't have the skills to be doing what they are doing. If you try to run a 600+ lb utility ATV up a steep hill you better be ready for the worst. Most of those deaths were done out of mis-use of the atv or lack of common sence.
I went to Glamis for Thanksgiving and I bet there were 50,000+ people at the dunes. Most with little experience, drinking, showing off and not paying attention to other riders. I heard the ambulance about 15 times while sitting at my camp.
With crowds like this, it's hard to not have some deaths and accidents.

I have been riding since I was 5 and I still let my confidence get the best of me. I was going up a steep 3 part hill covered with snow and caught traction and flipped backwards, fell about 12 feet down before landing on my back/head. I had my helmet on thank god(always wear a helmet!) and even with it I blacked out for a split second and open my eyes to a 400lb raptor coming down 12 feet to land on me.
It was my own fault and it taught me a lesson to not be so ****y. It just sucks when parents put their kids in danger.
