I spent alot of my youth growing up in Indiana. I love Indy.

 

It's never been the same since the IRL took over. I loved the way the turbo cars sounded. Now it sounds like NASCAR. I still like it but now it's just another race in a series with spec cars (think open wheeled IROC). I miss the days of custom chassis and engines. I don't mind that it's not all month anymore. 2 weeks is plenty for Indy. It's still a specticle to see in person.
