well in progression and the future hybrid cars and more bikes/scooters are coming causing less to be spent on gas. But eh yeah i guess i dont think it will ever drop enough for that.

Wouldn't matter. World demand is climbing rapidly with India and China just getting warmed up.

The wife was in Bonners Ferry Idaho yesterday and milk was up to 3.69. She said it was under 3.00 a couple weeks ago. I guess we can blame it on ethanol and China.

It has went down quickly around here. 2 weeks ago, you had to really search to find any stations under $3.00/gal. with averaging at $3.06/gal. Now many places are under $3 with several under $2.90.

I heard on the news that oil prices dropped by $2 a barrel.

Currently I am able to find regular unleaded for 2.80/gallon. I actually saw a filling station at 2.75/gallon when I was down in Galveston on Friday.

I haven't actually noticed much/any increase in the cost for groceries. But you can bet that when the newly passed minimum wage increase takes place, all non-durable goods, rents, and groceries will take a swift jump. When demand out paces supply inflation occurs, plain and simple.
