I know a lot of cops, seems most ride along the edge of the law... not a long step to get to the wrong side. Although never known any to steal, just speed... all the time.

Yea a dime around here is $60 for decent native, $80 for Hawian, then I've heard of this stuff called Gold reef thats $110. It's suppose to be the creme de le creme made from pure stripped buds or something, so I've heard.
