Most of the people might have lived in that area their whole life. Some might move away, but I'm pretty sure most will rebuild. Home is home man, no matter how you look at it.

It's not impossible for the same thing to happen next year, only time will tell. The odds of a tornado taking the same path twice in a row is slim to none. Again, not impossible.

Perhaps under normal circumstances. An F-5 ripping through town is anything but normal. No doubt if that twister was flipping combines on their side, it was enough to put a superduty through a brick wall.

I believe the picture. My theory is the first thing to hit the wall (steel bumper) weakened the wall enough that anything attached to the truck (plastic grill) was strong enough to push through the weakened structure without much effort. Don't ever underestimate the power of a tornado, odd as the pictures may be. Strange things happen.

I believe the picture as well.

What went through the wall BEFORE the Ford got "placed" into that hole? Could have been anything to make the hole in the wall, and the truck just plugged the hole......so to speak.

Ever tried driving a piece of wheat straw into a telephone pole?

A twister can do it.....

A brick wall with little to no backing (as that one appears to be) really isn't that strong. It will normally bust at the mortar joints, just like that one appears to have done.
