Strange VA Tech Pic.
I'm about 90% sure it's not what it looks like. But what is it?
Possibly Not safe for work. Possibly it is though. The pic was in a big name magizine today at Wal-Mart... On the shelf, so I guess it's safe for work.

EDIT: The person survived. He's not dead.

This young man was from a town about an hour south of me in Washington County, Pennsylvania. What is significant about this pic, other than the drama it depicts, is the fact that he saved his own life through quick action. The young man is an Eagle Scout, was shot in the leg, severing an artery. He took his belt off and used it as a tourniquet, slowing the bleeding and without a doubt, saved his own life.
He was the student that required the longest hospital stay due to multiple surgeries, treatment and rehabilitation. God bless him for having a cool head and relying on his first aid training as anEagle Scout.
