Merging JPEG Files?
That thing is a treasure anyway plus the obvious sentimental value to her family. WOW!
Good luck with your quest!
Should make for a really good and emotional show if they choose it.
A few of the stories in those shows have choked me up and this has the makings for one of them.

Wow, you guys are awesome! Once the enourmous pictures JBMX928 put together show up on my screen, I'll try and attach those to the online application.
The 1972 Grand Torino is in great shape but suffers from the usual 30+ year old car things. It has quite a bit of rust in the bottom of the rear quarter panels and the door jams. However, it's nothing that will take hard core restoration work.
My only concern is from a preservation standpoint. Being a classic car conservationist, I want to see a mint numbers matching car remain a mint numbers matching car that only sees restoration and not restoration/modification.
But on the other hand, I think Chris would LOVE a Chip Foose custom, which honestly would be pretty cool. If it was a numbers matching camaro or mustang I think I'd be stronger in my position on conservation, but it's a Grand Torino and I doubt a mint numbers matching Grand Torino is going to be priceless any day soon.
Besides, this car is never going to be sold....EVER.
I'll post up the story I submitted in a little bit once I remove names, just from a privacy standpoint. I'll keep you guys updated as to what happens with the application.
Chris's mentor, a guy he met a church, is friends with someone who helps Jay Leno with his cars. Hopefully we can get in touch with Chip through Jay and get this thing going.
The biggest thing working against us is the location in Minnesota. I think they try and stay in Cali.

Once again, I can't thank you guys enough for taking time to help me. Here is a very small part of the application I submitted to Overhaulin'. It gives you an idea of Christian's story and background behind the Torino you see in this post.

If any of you have any connections to the Overhaulin' show, network, production team or Chip Foose, I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in helping this application sift to the top.
