Yeah . . . it took me a while to remember what the old Mac connector type was called. (Sure, I could have looked it up on The Google but I didn't want the Series Of Tubes to get all clogged up with my insignificant query.

Hey kobster, have you seen that new product, Photoshop Lightroom?

I was talking with the wedding photographer at my buddies wedding last year and he was telling me about this beta program he was in. Low and behold they just released it and its exactly what he described! I'm not sure of the volume of photos you take in your spare time, but it seems like a bad-**** product for professionals and hobbiests alike. Very cool.

I can't take good pix to save my life. I have a little point and shoot Fuji that stays in automatic 99.95% of the time.

Haven't really looked into Lightroom, I was under the assumption it only worked with raw (which my camera does not do . . . at least, I don't think it does . . . see, I'm not a photographer, I just make the pictures others take - look better). (Hummmm . . . sounds like a BASF ad).

I know that question was directed at Kobi, but that got me to do some research on it.

I am going to down load the trial version tonight and play with it. Thanks D

Jamzy its mainly for folks with a large collections of photographs. Mainly to get in, quickly manipulate and put out contact sheets very quickly.
