Chevy Cavalier question...

My brother has a 2001 Cavalier, and it needs brakes...The problem is, we have no idea what size of wrech to use to get the caliper off, is it a torx head, an allen wrench, what's up? It seems that an 8mm allen is too small and a 10mm is too large, but if it's a torx, then the right allen won't work anyway, does anybody know?

Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrtttttttttttttttt!!!! ! Stop right there! ha ha ha

I had a Cavalier once and hubby and I changed the brakes and $700 later I got a new master cylinder. I'm used to wrenching on older vehicles but apparently these new fangled rigs have like a 15point brake bleeding process. ??????

General rule of thumb... if the brakes wear out on a crapalier... throw the car away and buy a good car. Like a focus.

Yeah, it looks like I am going to have to, turns out that it could be #50torx, it could be a 3/4 allen, Chevy used all kinds of different sizes, even on the same year. I wish he just had an F-150, but $$$...
