Honolulu #2 my a$$. I'm here right now, and the first impression I got when I drove around is "what a dump." If you're not in Waikiki, it's barely better than a third world nation- all the garbage, run down houses, etc.

 

that list is screwed up, Louisville is a whole hell of alot cleaner then Lexington. i really cant belive that they choose lexington over Louisville
