That's normal, don't worry about it. Mistakes aren't made at the plant, it just doesn't happen (insert massive amounts of sarcasm *here*).

It happens.

Just glad it happened there and not to some poor smuck loaded down with a 34' 5th wheel doing 75 mph on the interstate.

From the way parts are laying around and under it and the puddle of brake fluid I would say something hit it where it is sitting.

Like maybe a tractor trail took a little to wide of turn.
Must have been a good hit whatever it was.
