Too funny. And millions of people now believe that fire cannot melt steel. Those poor blacksmiths...now what are they gonna do?

Up to a point, she is correct.

FACT: Jet fuel burns at 800º to 1500ºF, not hot enough to melt steel (2750ºF). However, experts agree that for the towers to collapse, their steel frames didn't need to melt, they just had to lose some of their structural strength--and that required exposure to much less heat. "I have never seen melted steel in a building fire," says retired New York deputy fire chief Vincent Dunn, author of The Collapse Of Burning Buildings: A Guide To Fireground Safety. "But I've seen a lot of twisted, warped, bent and sagging steel. What happens is that the steel tries to expand at both ends, but when it can no longer expand, it sags and the surrounding concrete cracks."

How so? I'm not taking her side. I'm just showing that having a little information, without understanding, can be dangerous. The left is full of this sort of crap.

The statement she made is that Fire cannot melt steel. "its physically impossible" That statement is undeniably false and unbelievably incorrect.

Rosie should stick to talking about things she has a clue about -- like eating Oreos!

Seriously, that entire show is such a waste that the hair on the back of my neck literally stands on end when I walk through the living room and see that the wife has it tuned in.......

Hopefully this gaffe will have enough of a backlash that the "suits" decide to pull the plug on the whole debacle......
