looking for new weight lifting layout

hey,
anyone know of a good plan to flatten the chest, and not build bulk? I go to the gym every morning, and do sets of bench press, and other chest building sets, and then run a mile or so. But I am starting to build bulk on the chest, and I would rather flatten, anyone have a good plan for that? thanks! Any good ab routines ? Or just good week routines? Our fitness center has basic equipment, alot of stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong...but you're trying to work out WITHOUT building muscle mass???

Alot of people just like to trim done and stay toned vs bulking up, I could send you my two week rotational work out plan but without walking you through it some of the names of the excercises probably aren't the standerd.

I don't really know of any exercises to flatten your chest other than to stop lifing altogether and just do various cardio exercises.
As far as abs are concerned, hanging knee raises, roman chair lifts, weighted crunches and weighted crunchdowns work wonders on your 6-pack. Just don't over-train them and your abs should start forming up.

Correct. Drop the pounds, up the reps. And cardio....
