I recently purchased a 2006 F150 supercrew lariat O.C.C. official conversion it was converted by the recreational vehicle industry association. I am wanting to know if it is a numbered conversion, if so how many were made. I have heard that in 2007 chevrolet made a number of O.C.C. conversions also. I found the R.V.I.A. member that did the conversion, It is a company named American Vans Inc. They are located in Danielielsville, Ga. This truck was bought new w/ 39 miles and is almost identical to the H-D edition except for the badging, in place of the shield & crossbar it has the official Orange County Chopper Emblem. I have contacted O.C.C. personally but still have not received an answer. Any info you have to offer will be greatly appreciated.

 

I have a 2006 F150 Lariat OCC custom that I bought in north central Florida. It is Dark Stone with Ivory Stripes. I am curious as to how many of this conversion were made also, but have had no luck finding out that info. I did speak with a gentleman from Duval Ford in Jacksonville FL who asked me if I had the "Black with Tan Stripes OCC" or the "Dark Stone with Ivory Stripes" so he seemed to have seen at least two different color schemes and said his preference was the Dark Stone like mine. I was toying with the idea of trading mine in on a new Expedition EL Limited for my wife and he was the only dealer that seemed to drool to get it on his used car lot for a trade. I still owe 42k on it and he said he could probably go 45k for the trade if it was in the condition I claimed with less than 2000 miles (I use it to pull my Chopper around but not for much else). At least it seems to be holding the value since the 06 Lariat loaded with the same options on KBB.com only has a retail value of around 32k.
