Is the sticky stuff on the glass? Get a razor blade and some window cleaner. Comes right off. But that only works on glass...

I've always heard WD40....but don't blame me if it messes up your truck.

If the wd40 doesn't work, try a little lighter fluid on a rag. Put some on a rag and wipe away the glue. Will not hurt the paint or anything else as long as you don't pour it over everything and wipe it off afterward.

I would say B-12 Chem-tool but that would probably take the paint off too...

Try some Simple green and a tooth brush....

You could try heating the glue up with a heat gun or hairdryer to make it come off easier. In the past I have used a type of paint thinner for stubborn stuff but always made sure to dilute the hell out of it. Put it on a rag and wipe it all off. I would wash the truck after too just to make sure all of the cleaning agent is off of the truck for sure.

Beat me to it... nothing better for taking off 3-M adhesive than 3-M adhesive remover.
