I just got a ticket :(

ASDFASDFASDFASDFASDFSDFSDF I got a speeding ticket for 74 in a 45 lol. My father is deffintly gonna be happy about this one. The cop sits in a entrance to a apartment complex right after this bridge/hill/overpass thing. Its a main road over a highway, idk what to call it. But You can get up to some high speeds going over that thing and you wont even notice unless you look. Well I knew I was over the speed limit, and I all of a sudden got this wierd feeling, like I was gonna get a ticket. The feeling thats saying 'slow down, theres a cop some where' but I didnt listen. And well, bam! He pulled me. He was a pretty nice guy. Oh well, just venting

Wow...30 over...that's a big one I think. I think in PA they can automatically take your license for that when you go to court.

Ugh... that's rough man. That's going to be a harsh fine... plus, I have a hunch that the ole' insurance man is going to get a cut as well... of course, his cut will occur from now until you turn 25.

This sounds exactly like the set up when you take the bridge on NE163rd St (aka, the 826, aka Ocean Beach Blvd., aka Sunny Isles Blvd) over the Intercostal. As you go down the bridge, just before Collins Ave. there is ALWAYS a cop. (I think they breed there). They must write 100 tickets a day at that spot (aka - a speed trap).

It wouldn't have happened to be there would it?

ouch, how much was it for? Here if you over 25 over your license gets revoked too. Did they reduce it at all?

We have a couple of communities around here that are big-time speed traps. (North Ridgeville and Olmsed Falls...) When I drive around there, I normally know where the traps are, so I set my cruise so that I won't be tempted to have to see those blue falshing lights and say, Oh chit!!

Wow, 30 over. In Louisiana anything 20 and over is considered endangerment and your license will be taken until you go to court and explain how important your license is to you and why they should give it back and grovel and cry about how you learned your lesson and wont do it again. I learned that the hard way, I told the judge that he could stick it up his rectum as far as I cared. A year and a half later he finally pooped it out and gave it back to me.

Damn, 30 over is right around where you could face criminal charges here. I think its called reckless endangerment.

That ones gonna cost ya.

I got cought doing 120 in a 35 one day in my Mach1 stang. It is just a straight one lane road and there were no speed limit signs, so I wnt for it! Well a cop got me after and asked me what the heck I was doing, I basically said "I just wanted to see how fast the car could go" I ran out of road... He laughed and asked for my license, he looked at it and saw my last name, he asked me, "are you so and so's son?" I said "yes" he said "I graduated with your dad in college and we were in the same fraternity, i'll let you go"

Laugh until you kill yourself or someone else, then reflect upon what exactly occured in your life that you could such an ignorant person.

Driving like that on the streets doesn't prove anything other thasn the fact that you are a fool.

Sorry, but I've seen to many funerals caused by someone being stupid in their vehicles and thinking they have a right to.
