Question Need Help

Looking at a 2002 F150 4.2V6 AT SCAB, W/125000 miles. Oil has been changed every 3000 miles and most miles were highway. Is there anything you can tell me about the tranny life expectancy. Also any pros or cons to this year and engine.

Andy

Hey Andy.

You'll get a lot more help with this exact same post if you put it in the Transmission Forum:

Hope that helps.

Good looks, charm, and a lot of cash.

If you have none of the above, the "magic" word is always helpful.

Next time, try using a more descriptive title that will give readers in the that forum a clue as to what problem you are having. That's not only helpful to get answers, but to make it easier for others to search that may have had the same problem. Or you can search for something like "transmission life expectancy" and see what comes up.
