And the Brit stood on the shore
And he looked out over the Arctic Ocean.
And those around him were 8 score

And the Brit said,
"Follow me as I walk out upon the Ocean."
And the masses, all 167 of them, cried out,
"We can not walk upon the ocean, nor can you!"

And the Brit smiled and began to walk,
Down the shore, like the Jersey-ites,
And as he reached the water's edge,
He turned and said out loud.

"Those with faith, I beseech you!
Release your fear and walk with me on the water!"
But the 167 did not have true faith and cried out,
"You will drown! It will not work!"

And some lamented his fate, while others scorned him
And threw rocks, and mocked him.
And the Brit, ever patient, stood for a moment
And turned and continued walking . . .

And he walked atop the water,
Unless he didn't,
And the masses, all 167 of them,
Gasped in disbelief.

And the Brit stopped, and turned, and faced the faithless.
And he stood there, on the water.
And he did not sink
And he did not get wet.

And the masses, all 167 of them, cried out,
"Look! The Brit stands before us on the water!"
Unless he doesn't
And they stared in awe

And then froze to death because it was -20 degrees.

That shot was of a dolphin, not a shark.

It was taken in Malibu.

It was the talk of the town for a while, but the local paper posted all the shots the guy took. The full range of shots are on the web somewhere - where you can see it's a dolphin.

They're harmless (however it is recommended you stay away . . . they are wild animals). The damn seals are more worrisome.
