How-to/tech books?

Hey guys, I don't know that much about cars or trucks but am really looking to learn more. I don't have alot of free time, but the time I do have is usually spent reading up on particular things that intrest me. My question is, does anyone know any good how-to books on restoring older cars and trucks. Specifically camaro's and older chevy trucks. I'm hoping to move to a new place with a garage and first thing i'm doing is buying a project vehicle. Something I can play with on the weekends and whenever I have free time. I'd really like to learn how to work on carburated engines and things of that nature. So if you know of any good books, let me know.

The Haynes service manual is always a good start.
