I'm a huge fan of them but, I don't own one. I've rented one oodles of times (at least 15 times over the past year). It's one of the vehicles that I request... never a single problem on ANY of my rentals on the Murano -- and I've logged some serious miles behind the wheel on that vehicle -- on several Murano's that had 'higher' miles.

It'd be a vehicle I'd consider if I was replacing my truck or the wife's explorer.

I always thought the Murano was pretty good looking. That Lexus thing isn't bad either. Of course I would prefer a '73 Chevy Stepside dropped on 20's with a 454. That or a nice Lightning.

I like the Murano, a lot...

One of my neighbors has one in that pearl white, with the roof rack. Sweet.

I don't see many (hardly any) with the roof rack.

I went to look at an FX45 a few years back, but that thing had "zero" head room. My head was literannly touching the headliner. I didn't want to drive it laying down, but it was a sweet car.

That was back when I was under the impression that the FX and Murano are on the same chassis, they are not (Car & Driver).

The Murano is larger, but when I was "looking" I wasn't really in the market.

I ended up getting an MDX to replace the Expedition.
I like mine, but if I had known the 2007 would be so much nicer, I'd have held off for another 8 months.

That Murano should be due a refresh pretty soon.
