Porsche 911 Turbo...

My best friend just picked up his "Speed Yellow" $145,000.00 Porsche 911 Turbo. Now he has a 745Li, a GL450 Premier, and a new 911.

All he needs now is a Volkswagen, an Opel and an Audi to have all the German automotive engineering!

2 + 2, 490 HP, 0-60 in 3.4 seconds, paddle shifter...
Hopefully I'll get to drive it, next time I'm in Jersey.

Damn, I guess I'll never be able to talk him into an F-150 now...

I never appreciated Porsches until I drove an old 930 Turbo and opened it up. Just smooth, tight, and solid at high speed. I still like the old ones with their huge rear wheel flairs and whale tails.

Yeah,he was telling me about that kit, with the rims they recommed and 335 rather than 315treadwidthtires, i think he said that will add another 12000-15000 to it.

He's getting the K40 radar detector added today.
