File off the s/n and sell it in another city to a local druggie. Report it as stolen collect insurance for it. It's a win-win!

Another tip, put on riot grips and saw off the barrel to get maximum dollahs on the black market!

Take it to one of the shooting ranges around here to see what they can do. If nothing there, try the Eastman's gun show in Savannah or the show at the National Guard Armory in Savannah.

Shipping is the issue, it has to be shipped both from and to a FFL holder.

So you have to find a dealer willing to ship it for you (ussually charge a fee on top of shipping cost) then the buyer will have to find a dealer willing to accept it for them (they will ussually charge them a fee ontop of registration fee's)

No. When the seller goes to the FFL to pick up your gun, he fills out a 4473 and transfers ownership of the firearm to him. You're out of the picture once the background check passes through the transferring FFL.

HHIFX4, list it in the Carolina Trader. As for it being registered to you, if you sell it local and the buyer doesn't have it re-registered to himself, then yes, it will still show you as the registered owner. However, if you do sell it, you should be able to contact SLED with the paper work and advise them you sold it.
Had to laugh though, not many Browning Golds getting used in murders. Now if you were selling a HiPoint.......
