GYM- How long before I SEE results
You might want to try bumping up the weight and cutting the reps down some if you want more muscle. Also try not doing cardio and weights on the same day. If you do them on the same day the cardio should be done first.
The main thing is to eat decent and work out hard as you can when you're in the gym. Don't stand around blabbing about routines and the like. You are there to give 100% until you can't go on! I have completed a brutal workout and in the meantime these people have stood there non stop blabbing about meaningless crap. If that's why you're at the gym then its hopeless.
You should be doing the core lifts such as flat bench, incline and decline for chest. Bent over rows, lat pulls, dead lifts for back. Squats, leg press, extensions for legs ect ect
Then there's all the accessory stuff like arm curls, tricept extensions, shoulder shrugs, military press , calv presses, abs... the list is huge.
